The Dresden University of Technology (DUT) was founded in 1828 and is among Germany's oldest universities of technology. The DUT is the largest university in the German state of Saxony, with more than 30 000 students and 4 500 employees, including about 480 professors.

The DUT's 14 faculties cover a wide range of fields in science and engineering, humanities, social sciences and medicine. The DUT emphasizes interdisciplinary cooperation, and in both courses and research students participate early on in ongoing resarch. And the DUT encourages researchers who make discoveries; it watches out for their legal rights and fosters the quick transfer of new technologies and discoveries to the marketplace. In dieser Arbeit wird die Aufbereitung verschiedener Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen zu teilweise gleichen Sachverhalten am Beispiel eines Veranstaltungsvermittlers gezeigt. Er arbeitet auf der Grundlage der Web-Anfragesprache ?Xcerpt? und setzt die gewonnenen Daten auf Grundlage semantischer Technologien sinnvoll und anwenderfreundlich zusammen.

With about 400 pupils, the Greifenstein-Gymnasium Thum is a small high school within the heart of the Ore-Mountains. Everybody is coming from one of the villages around and knows each other, so it's like learning in a community. With the the athletic sports team and the youth wind band of our school, it's represented and respected in hole germany.

The internship at eurorisk-systems gave a practical view to my diploma thesis. It meant a grow on experience in international teams as well as finding new collegues and friends. Beside I was able to catch some inside-views on financial software and data warehouse-algorithm.
